3. Move in.

1. External wall drilling
It is necessary to obtain the consent of the property before drilling, so as to avoid damaging the structure of the outer wall.
To prevent rainwater from being poured, the angle of the wall hole should be kept downward. Drill holes should be used to ensure smooth and regular cutting holes.
The tube sleeve should be used both inside and outside the hole to prevent the refrigerant insulation material from being ripped by the burrs in the hole and affecting the indoor appearance.
2. Perforation of inner wall
Because the steel structure of the general beam is around it, try to get through the middle of the beam as far as possible.
It is necessary to obtain the consent of the property before drilling.
Two. Hoisting indoors.
1. Indoor positioning
If the infrared positioning instrument is adopted, the installation efficiency and stability of the indoor unit can be ensured.
Adjust the actual installation position according to the original design drawings and site conditions. The installation of the following figure should be avoided.
After the positioning is completed, the indoor machine is fixed on the ceiling with the 10mm full thread hanger rod to ensure that the lifting work of the inner machine is unfolded.
3. Double nut reinforcement.
The double nuts must be fixed at the lower end of the screw to ensure that the hoisting of the indoor machine is firm. If a nut is used, it will cause loosening and noise in the operation of the indoor unit.
4. Horizontal hoisting
The indoor unit must ensure horizontal installation to reduce running noise and ensure the operation of the air conditioner. Please do not close to the ceiling installation, which will cause resonance and cause noise increase.
During installation, adequate space should be reserved on both sides for easy maintenance.
5, indoor aircraft protection
The indoor machine is hoisted and used plastic membrane to bind the indoor machine to prevent the smell of Egypt from intruding into the interior of the machine when indoor decoration. This leads to a large amount of dust and odor blowing out during the first time and affects the health. At the same time, the dust accumulated on the heat exchanger fins of the indoor machine will affect the thermal effect, resulting in the decline of operation efficiency.
Three. Refrigerant piping engineering, drainage engineering, signal engineering, power line engineering.
1. Refrigerant piping engineering < cold medium piping > >
If cutting the copper tube with saws or cutting machines will lead to irregular cuts, it will be very difficult to repair the bell mouth, causing the leakage of refrigerants easily, and the copper scraps will cause air conditioning blockage or even damage the air conditioner. Therefore, when cutting the refrigerant piping, it is necessary to use professional tools -- copper pipe cutter.
The addition of burrs is also very important. If not burr, it may cause folding edges on the edge of the bell mouth, resulting in poor air tightness and causing refrigerant leakage. Too many burrs will cause refrigerant leakage.
According to different caliber sizes, too large or too small flaring is easy to cause poor air tightness, resulting in leakage of refrigerant.
To ensure cleanliness inside the refrigerant tube, we must seal the openings in a timely manner to prevent moisture and impurities from entering the air conditioning system, thus avoiding the blockage of expansion valves and capillary tubes, and the wear and tear of the compressor.
2. Refrigerant piping project
When the copper tube with the same diameter is welded, expand tube should not be expanded. The quality of tube expansion will directly affect the quality of welding.
3. Refrigerant piping engineering < welding >
To avoid oxide production, nitrogen must be replaced during welding, and brazing can not be cooled immediately by cold water. It must be cooled naturally, so as not to cause cracks due to different expansion coefficient of copper pipe joints, resulting in leakage of refrigerant.

When using the decorative belt to bind the refrigerant tube, notice that no gaps can be left at the joint of the insulation material. In addition, in order to prevent infiltration of rainwater and ensure that it is not easy to bind dust on the refrigerant piping, it should be bandaged from bottom to top.

The distance between the two supporting points of the refrigerant tube is less than 1.5 meters. If the refrigerant tube spacing is too long, it will cause the refrigerant tube to sag and increase the resistance of refrigerant flow, so that the performance of the air conditioner will decrease and the noise will increase.
To ensure that the supporting part is strong, avoid vibration, droop and fall during the operation, and affect the effect of air conditioning.
6. Drain project < drain construction >
The drainage pipe should maintain at least 1/100 slope, which may lead to poor drainage, condensation water can not be discharged in time, or even overflow from the indoor water trap, and destroy the decoration.
The distance between the two supporting points adjacent to the drainage pipe is less than 1 meters, and the supporting part is strong enough to avoid air bags, resulting in poor drainage.
Horizontal drainage pipes must avoid hedging so as to avoid falling slope and poor drainage.
7. Drain pipe project < piping connection >
To ensure the drainage is smooth.
The leakage test of drainpipe must be carried out to check whether there is any leakage.
The connection part of the insulation material must be properly overlapped, and the condensing water pipe is firmly connected with the indoor machine through the locking clamp. Ensure tight insulation and no condensation.
The vent point should be provided at the highest point of the drain pipe to ensure that the condensate water is discharged smoothly, and the air hole must be downwards to avoid dust and other debris falling into the blockage.
8. Drain pipe project < condensed water discharge >
Confirm the outlet position of the outlet of the drain pipe and pay attention not to directly connect to the sewer pipe. The direct access to the sewer will cause the odor in the water pipe to enter the indoor unit, resulting in the decrease of indoor air quality. At the same time, the blockage of the sewage pipe will lead to the reverse flow of sewage into the indoor unit, and even overflow from the indoor machine and destroy the decoration.
The end of condensate drainage pipe is not connected with sewage pipes.
9. Signal line engineering > connection mode >
The signal line must be connected with the outdoor wiring terminal with the Y type terminal and ensure the stable transmission of the signal.
Signal line must be protected by PVC line tube and plastic hose.
The ends of the signal shields should be grounded, so that the electronic interference between the outside and the signals can be shielded.
10. Power line project < connection >
The power line must be connected with the outdoor wiring terminal with the O type terminal and ensure the connection of the power line is stable and avoid bad contact.
Four. Install outdoor unit, nitrogen filling, vacuum drying.
1, outdoor machine placement
To install outdoor units, first of all, adequate maintenance space should be set aside, and air flow around the outdoor machine should be ensured. To avoid the poor heat dissipation, the equipment can not be carried out normally.
2. The fixing of outdoor units
At the bottom of the chassis, shock proof rubber pads should be provided to prevent vibration and reduce noise.
We must pay attention to the discharge of heating and defrosting water under the outdoor air conditioner, so as to avoid frost dropping to downstairs and cause neighbourhood disputes.
3. Nitrogen filling and pressure maintaining
To ensure the normal operation of the system, nitrogen and pressure should be filled after the internal and external connections are completed. Nitrogen filling and pressure keeping is used to confirm the leak free inspection operation in the piping system, and to find the leakage point of the refrigerant tube and repair in time.
The pressure of the new refrigerant R410A product is higher than that of the R22 product.
4. Vacuum drying
Before vacuuming agent is added, the whole system should be vacuumed to get out of the air and moisture so as to ensure the drying of the system. Vacuum drying must use vacuum pump, and ensure sufficient time, so that moisture and air can be avoided in the pipeline, resulting in the system can not operate normally.
Step 1: evacuate the gas in the refrigerant tube. Make the vacuum level -775mmHgn. Step two: continue to pump for 1 hours on the basis of this.
Five. Nitrogen filled refrigerant / refrigerant leak detection. Connecting power supply.
1. Filled refrigerant
Refrigerant fill metering device is used to fill refrigerant to ensure reasonable refrigerant filling quantity.
2. Refrigerant leak detection
When the outdoor unit is installed, it is necessary to carry out the leakage of refrigerants for outdoor and indoor units. Only when everything is normal can the nitrogen filling, vacuum pumping and filling refrigerants be continued.
3, connect the power supply.
To avoid damaging the insulation layer of the power supply line at high temperature, the power cord should not be laid close to the media. In order to avoid interference from the control signal, the distance between the power cord and the signal line should generally be 50mm or more.
Power line should be connected by connecting terminal and connecting bolt.

To confirm whether the voltage and frequency are in the normal range, if the voltage is too high or too low, it will result in the breakdown of the air conditioner.
